      since my last post

Okay, so it's been a couple of days since I made my first post on the forums, I made a dream journal which I keep beside my bed, not exactly sure if I want to post them online. I have tons of studying to do today, but I should have more free time tomorrow. Anyways, towards the beginning of my LD (career?) Which was about a month ago, my friend told me about how his friend was doing some reserch into LD'ing, and I thought that sounded really cool. then about 3 weeks later, he said that HE had a LD. I was jealous, so I started reading up on LDing, after having 2 good LD's and 1 okay LD in 4 nights, I thought it was going to be a piece of cake. That's when I made my first post on the forums.

Then I continued to try, but I only got one LD which was pretty enjoyable being my first attempt at flying, and only really managing to glide. This was still really fun and I was looking forward to my next night sleep so I could LD again. Unfortunately, it's been three nights and still no LD's, I am a little curious and disappointed about this. I totally screwed up my sleep schedule though, usually going to bed at around 11 and waking up at around 8 to going to bed a 3 and waking up at 12 :/ I am wondering if this is effecting my ability to LD, or if that would be possible?

I am pretty disappointed in myself to be honest, I thought I had it pretty well. The day I got my flying LD, was the first, and only real day I started practicing ADA, unfortunately, I stopped. I think I'll go back to a 11-8 sleep schedule, because I like my LD's more than I like staying up late.

Anyways, I've been able to recall at least one dream every night since I made my DJ, except I only remembered a tiny section of it and it was weird :/

Here's a link to my insomnia and sleep blog... I occasionally talk about lucid dreaming as it relates to visualization. You might find some helpful tips in there.

      Good luck to you!

thanks for the post I thought my thread might get buried, there is a lot of information on your blog, which I will be sure to look through when I don't have a provincal exam on the next day to study for.

That's pretty impressive in my opinion. I've been trying for practically a month and no lucid dreams for me yet.
