Trying to learn lucidity (Primary WILDs)

Well as the title said, I try to learn how to dream lucid and I'm searching for tips on how to do so. Since this is my first post here and most likely no one will be able to help me without given details, I'll probably have to fill in these details first.

I'm 19/M, trying to induce lucid dreams for 3 weeks now. Since I finished school (finally) my sleep cycle has somewhat settled for the moment. I focus on trying WILDs but since that doesn't work till now I consider going with different approaches to get my subconscious to make it more easy for me to have WILDs. Ideally I want to achieve a 24|7 consciousness (well this could be very hard or impossible, so having my first WILD would be the most important step for now, wether I can go this route later or not). I have a very strong consciousness and will and even the weirdest and worst dreams don't turn out as Nightmares for me, I had a few Nightmares though at the age of 6, around when my consciousness first manifested. They were my first and last ones.

I had 3 Lucid dreams so far, but no "real one" for that matter. The first was when I was around 6 and I willingly cancelled it because stuff got too strange for me (an cyan octopus with a Beatles hairstyle on my school was too much to handle). The 2 other ones were cancelled out within 1-2 seconds, effectively not leaving time for anything. So effectively I haven't had a real lucid experience so far.

I write down most of my dreams and ever since I seriously started trying to go for lucid dreaming I have been able to recall dreams every single day, even though I don't write them down everyday, so the quality of that skyrockted sort of.
The only repeating thing in a lot of my dreams are swimming baths, all sorts of, usually pretty cool places, like in the middle of the ocean or with actual water towers being hold together by some force field.

Personally I have been experiencing 2 "Chains" as I call them for now. The first one is the normal chain that keeps mind and body close in state to each other, meaning that you're likely to fall asleep if you lay down. The second one is more of an hassle for me though. This one makes it effectively impossible (for now) to send my body sleeping while keeping my mind awake. Breaking the hypnagogic halucinations will result in completely staying awake, giving in to them sends me completely sleeping. To find the balance there is what is hard for me, probably also the point where it fails for now. I already managed to lie down for an entire hour without effect on this. The only state shift I experience is my limbs getting numb, which happens usually after only a few minutes of being still, or after being waked up while trying to go lucid in any way. In this state however I can still move, so it's most likely sleep paralysis which I'm hoping and waiting for. I feel I have been going a big chunk forward on this topic however I simply haven't reached the first goal yet.

I have been experimenting with a lot of free Information about WILDs including Timer method's, Binaural Beats and Isochronic Tones (where's the link for ITs?). All have been able to break the first chain, none of them succeded the second one so the overall effects are mediocre. I still have some things to try but after 3 weeks I think it's legit to just ask if someone has a specific thing to recommend to me.

Try visualizing...anything. It could be the dream you just woke up from or even visualizing someone skating to soft music on your bedside radio. Try turning those hypnagogic images, in your mind, into actual things. The blobs you might see could be clouds. A grid pattern becomes a fence and so on. I happen to think that hypnagogia is our brains attempt to stimulate the secondary visual cortices (the place where dreams and visualization occur) . Therefore, those weird images are our brains primordial ooze of sleep images. Good luck to you!
