Im gonna try this again Tonight to see if it will work again...
But last night around 4 or so hours before I was going to sleep, I decided to take small 15 minute naps, waking up for 5 mins in between, and when I finally decided to go to bed, I had about a 5 minute long dream, then woke up and was still tired, since I only had about 2 hours of sleep, I went right back to sleep.
I was dreaming for like 15 minutes in my dream world, and I finally realised I was dreaming.I was able to Excert some control in my dream but then lost it about 15 minutes later...
Anyway, I think It worked for me because taking small naps for a while, kept my mostly past and within the first 2 stages of sleep, so i was able to enter the REM stage quicker than usual, and my awarness was hightened because of that... or at least I think...
Anyway, tell me if my way makes sense, or if you think it was just a coincidence.
