      i did wild

      i did the wild technique this morning, and like i was thinking and stuff and then BAM it was like i was hit by a freight train! i was being shocked but it didn't hurt and iw as like w00000000t im dreaming but i woke up cuz it scared the shit outa me
      Awaiting word on what's to come

      As I've come clean I've forgotten what I promised

      The trick is to stay calm, when I become lucid I'm always really scared at first..I think this is why I can't fully control my dreams yet. But your on the right path..congrats.
