      Would this work? Feedback please!

this is simaliar to some techs ive heard so i take no credit for this but can someone tell me if this tech would work or would it just keep you from sleeping/put you into sleep paralysis?

      ok...

when your tired and going to bed you lie down and imagine yourslef doing something like fighting or rollerblading or imaging your in a huge battlefield... you keep telling yourself your dreaming and you will be lucid soon... and eventually you will go into the dream... realising your lucid dreaming.

      1. could this be done in the day time with a bit of noise in the background?
      2. does it work?
      3. tell me allll the info at tEdit: here... lol

      in advance!
need to actually start like trying to LD i've pretty much started that now kinda.

Yep, that's a modification of 'dream incubation', and almost exactly like the technique 'VILD'
      (Visually incubated lucid dream)

I think www.ld4all.com had a long thread about it actually.
