Share RC checks that work and don't work 4 you

My first LD was natural. My second and third was the very next day after reading about Reality Checks. In both I looked at a clock and the numbers where in a wrong position. My third threw sixth just happened and my seventh was also a clock, really a watch this time. I thought of a new RC about a month ago. And that is every time I see a sexy woman do a RC. Well its not working. I’m almost getting tired of it and I’ll tell you why. When I see a pretty or sexy female, my intention is not to dwell on her but immediately do a reality check. So I’m not getting any enjoyment from seeing a female, it’s just not working. Any suggestions? What works or doesn’t work for you? Oh yea I still do an hourly check because of a vibrating watch, on the hour. It’s not helping either 8)

I think some of the best RC checks are whenever you walk through any doors. Even in waking life so you can make a habit of it whenever you walk through a door in your dream. Just say to yourself I wonder if Im dreaming.. Even in waking and let that carry over to your dreamworld.

I used to try and do it when entering a new room but somehow the thought of a room mad me think more of the reason for going into that room. Sounds simplistic, but ha, I’m for whatever works.
