You should try doing reality checks during the day and asking "Am I dreaming?" during the day. Eventually you will get used to it and start doing it in dreams. |

I understand where you are coming from. Like yourself I have a life outside of Lucid Dreaming and it isn't always on the forefront of my mind. This also leads me to forget to do things such as reality checking. |

Ive had 5 lucids before and they were all from deilds , but i cant seem to get myself to stay still wen i awaken from a dream now. |

I sometimes have this issue. It happens when I have woken up too late and no longer feel tired enough to slip back into a dream. Perhaps you could set your alarm a few hours before you normally wake and then try to WILD. Put your alarm within arms reach from your bed so that you don't have to move much to switch it off. |

Ye i think im gonna give wild with wbtb a go for next few nights. |

Well every technique that I have tried doesn't really get me control of when to have lucid dreams, it mostly depends on luck. |
