Ok i need help with lucid dreaming

Ok im affraid to wild because ive read of a old hag that really scary or afraid to be touched ive had 2 lucid dreams in my life I dont no the tech i used i had just fell asleep it wasnt bad i wanna do it but i have alot of zombie end of the world dreams and thats why i get scared sometimes but i wanna wild tonight put afraid of hullcinations help!!!!!!!

If you truly are lucid nothing can hurt you. I have never had a bad lucid dream. Many people on these forums confuse vivid dreams with lucid dreams. In lucid dreams you know it's a dream and you are in complete control. There is nothing to fear what-so-ever. Good luck to you!
