anyone tried this lucid dreams cd?

I found a link to this page:
      http://www.worldofalternatives.com/lucid-dreaming.htm

They claim that "Accurately calibrated sine wave frequency generators were used to generate different frequencies in each ear. The sound is similar to the sound made by a Tibetan bowl ( at much lower frequencies). In the background you will hear the sound of the sea."
Sounds like bwgen, yet is it that effective or not?
They say it works for both DILD's and WILD's.

They have another recording with subliminals.

Has anyone tried these? I would like to see if they are effective before shelling out for the cd's or downloads.
What format are the downloads in? Mp3?

I tried it but I can't recommend it. Mainly because the program is only about 18 minutes long and I didn't notice any changes while listening to it. I'm not even sure it really contains binaural beats.

Fortunately I ordered it as a download and took advantage of their money back guarantee. So I purchased it, tried it out, decided it wasn't effective, and got my money back all within 3 hours time.

Although the product may not work (for me), I can attest that the company stands by it's refund policy.

Still, compared to all other commercial and home-made brainwave cd's I own (and that's a lot), it's the weakest I've ever tried.

Of course, if you still want to try it, you can always buy both programs and get your money back later if you feel cheated...

Do you know what frequencies they are using? I have a frequency generator. Maybe I could try it.

Well, I'm almost certain they use a mix of alpha and theta for this one. The only other method I've heard of is entraining to delta and then using spikes of alpha or beta to spark lucidity.
