Hey guys!
I have a bit of a problem. Throughout the day I am really hyped about lucid dreaming. I basically just can't wait for my next one. However as the day progresses and it is eventually nearly time for me to get to bed and begin my dreams, I just get really nervous which then turns into fear. I'm not really sure what I'm afraid of. I think its the fact I'm thinking about how different it feels from reality. I really think that this fear is holding me back from more lucids. The only ones I have really got is when I wasn't expecting them so I didn't feel the fear sensation. Has anyone ever experienced something similar or has any advice for me on how to overcome this silly night time fear?
