      Question Not quite me lad

Whenever I get a reasonable amount of sleep, around the middle or near to the end of the dream there's almost always a moment in every dream where I become semi-lucid.
I know that I'm dreaming, but I can't really do anything about or with it and before I know I'm back dreaming regularly again. There are probably a lot of people having this, or it's just me Didn't know how to search for this lol.

I see this as a quite positive thing, as I am getting lucid, but I keep asking myself: Is there a way to naturally expand this into real lucidity?
There probably is but that's nothing I can think x)

Do you guys and girls experience the same thing or have you experienced this, and if you have experienced this did you expand it?

Thanks for reading and I hope for some information

      Couple of questions,
Do you reality check when you begin to become lucid? This usually can make you become fully aware.
What techniques are you using in the day?

I think it is mainly due to you not being concious enough to realise are dreaming fully, techniques such as All Day Awareness, and SAT can help improve on this. (Links below)
Please ask if you need anything more!

Thanks Arch for the link to SAT, missed that one!
I've read ADA couple of times and uses it for a period of time, still do but at a lower rate. I don't use any techniques at the moment, but like I said, sometimes ADA kicks in xD

I don't reality check when I become semi-lucid, it just happens.. But I can't really control it, I just know that I'm dreaming because something triggerd my mind to things I've read on here or seen in movies.
One time I became semi lucid when there was "a glitch in the matrix" I knew the matrix wasn't real, its stuff like that. It's like being locked inside anothers body, you can think clearly for moments, but can't really do anything.

But anyways, I'm going to read SAT, thanks again for the link!
