Thread: Hands of lucidy Method

Hello I return with a new method of obtaining lucidy.

Step 1 - Use the reality check of looking at your hands every hour or so because in dreams when you look at your hands they will not show as you picture in your mind even when you dream. This technique is also described of at www.ld4all.com.

Step 2 - Before you go to sleep repeat "I will remember to look at my hands" Until you drift to sleep.

Outcome: You will be dreaming and in random chapters of your dream you will look at your hands and notice you are dreaming right away!

Example: I never beleive it was true that when you look at your hands in a dream it would seem at all different to you. But then i remembered like my 3rd lucid dream i ever had i looked at my hands and pictured them to look as they normally would but when i looked down at them my hand was all black and deformed. Immidiatly i knew was dreaming and flew off in the distance.

Cool, this sounds good. Any idea is good for me, because I have no success when I actually try to have a lucid dream.

I wouldn't say that it's necessarily just your hands. Looking at yourself in a mirror could show many noticeable differences (or perhaps none at all.)
