SHSLD = "Self Hypnotic State Lucid Dreaming"
My new method similiar to WILD yet different in very many ways.
Step one - First you must find a place to relax, usually a place you would lay down to take a nap like a couch or something, Best time to do this is in the morning like after you wake up. Sit down and count down from 50 and breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Finally when you are completely relaxed repeat "I am dreaming and I will fly" And picture yourself flying and repeat that up to 20 times or more, the more you say it the bigger the possibility is to have a lucid dream.
Step two - When you are finished step one get up and do a rc (Reality Check) and occupy yourself with something else. Wait about 10 minutes and repeat the same reality check you did earlier and keep checking after every 25 minutes from there.
Final step - Now as you go to sleep repeat step 1 and then repeat "I am dreaming i will fly"
until you fall asleep.
Outcome - Upon entering a dream you will know you are dreaming and start flying upon realization, therefor you have the rest of the dream to do w/e you want.
