I have one- said to myself I'm going to really try and get into all this again, going to take notes of my dreams when I wake up and write them down, I'm going to do this and that..

So far my recall has improved. When I started out in April is was alright, then it went up to good, then very good, compared to what other people put in the dj's on here.
Then it took a tumble and (skipping life story) it fell flat pretty much.

Since the new year it been getting better and up to my best.
But my best beforehand was never enough to get a lucid dream. I know my count says 4 but those were extremely short little delusions I had and I only count them to make me feel better.

Is there anything I could do to get me lucid dreaming? Something I can just get into and do while I'm still revved up on the new success of my dream recall coming back?

Everything else I tried just never worked and I fell out of it after a month.
