Thread: First attempt at a lucid dream? (Kinda...)

Ok, so after about 2 hours of laying still, I had a strong tingling feeling, I did have a mild one before that though, over the course of the 2 hours I was laying still, my fingers and toes started moving without me wanting them to, eventualy I could not feel my limbs and I would get these weird things where in my mind I would zoom back into my head, eventually, after 2 hours I stopped trying, and felt very strange, please tell me what to do and where I went wrong? Oh, and towards the end I could see a sprawling grass feld for about a second, then my left hand started feeling as if it were surounded by air. Was I nearly there?

Did you try this when going to sleep at the begining of the night?
