Hey avenged, I commend you on your diligence! I know trying to have an LD is frustrating when it's hard to remember your dreams. The journal is the most important (in my practices), so are your reality checks. Something else that has worked for me when, let's say, I keep failing at having an LD at night, is to have a nap in the daytime. It's a less stressful type of sleep for people, like me, who work or go to school, and have to get up too early. Most of my LDs happen either during a nap, or in the late morning when I can sleep-in. |

Thanks for the reply OpheliaBlue. Ill try to nap after I come home from school (even though I feel horrible when I wake up XD) and now that I think back, I remember my dreams more after I have a nap in the day. Also, the reality check I do, is I look at my hands. Front, back, front back. Then I try to read something. Look away and then try to read it again. Then I look at my hands again. Is this a good one to do? |
The hand one is really popular, and has worked for me a few times, especially the finger through the palm trick. Though it grossed me out in an LD haha. My favorite reality check now is to look into a mirror. And REALLY. LOOK. Look into your own eyes. When I pass a mirror in a dream and look into my eyes, they spontaneously change color which sparks the LD. |

Well, a DJ is the best way to go for dream recall... maybe try some supplements that help with dream recall (I think B6 is one of them). I had the same problem, as I too have mild dyslexia (and a HORRIBLE long term memory), but then I started taking medication for my other problems, and suddenly I remember pretty much every dream in great vividness. So I KNOW the power of supplements. If nothing else, take a multi-vitamin and some fish oil before you go to bed. |

Hey Avenged, |
I drink fruit punch before bed... Just small, half glass. V8 tropical works for me.... I tried B6. some claim it is awesome but I didnt see improvement. Also health concerns in larger doses. Stumbled on this juice though and seems to work for me. |

Oh, also waking up in morning wont help. Learn to automatically wake up after every dream period. I just wanted to do that and now I do... Best way to recall. |
Thanks for the help, ill try to use everyones advice |
Also, does tuna, Green Bell peppers and broccoli have alot of B6? |
