This is my first time posting something like this,

I'm a newbie who figured out a secret that is sure to teach you some key values when trying to lucid dream.
I like to think of it as waking/sleeping method.

The instrument or didgeridoo is a simple yet complex piece of technology, but I found out that you can circular breath without a didgeridoo and achieve almost the same results.
In order to reproduce the method I made up you must first, go to sleep as normal but set an alarm to wake you up during the night. Get up if your bored and circular breath for awhile, if your using the didgeridoo you give your lungs a greater work out.
I found that your likely to use the didgeridoo in all future lucid dreams because all you need to do is 1) pretend to hold an invisible didgeridoo 2) circular breath.
You will learn that breathing effects the dreams intensity, but you must sustain a normal breath rate as subtle changes in heart rate will affect your dream also, causing you to wake up if the user is inexperienced nice long slow dreams instead of quick blurry dreams. Its fun to add story and meaning to your dreams, instead of getting a boner and trying to get the first women you see. Dreams are limitless.

Your didgeridoo will give your brain a big symbol to be used in any manor you like, even as a trigger to set off a lucid dream.
You'll find that if you lucid dream for to long, pressure builds up starting at the root chakra and your heart rate will return to that of waking time and then you wake up.
Playing the didgeridoo is not only good for your whole body, I bet its even good for your spirit and will help with having released your spirit to astral travel.
I also bet the indigenous knew this and had foreseen the tragedy that befallen on them.

You'll find as you calmly breath out in a dream, super heated plasma flys around your mouth and fuels your dreams this is caused to jks lol.
Breathing in places a big black triangle on your timeline connected to the world by a cord of visible light spectrum.
Just like in "the imaginarium of doctor parnassus" a movie I watched and enjoyed, bringing the dream world to the real world in a cool but simple sequence of events.
