This happened while I was napping.

Anyway I was laying in my bed doing Seeker's WILD process and suddenly the vibrations started. First their strenght was increasing then I got a little excited and the vibrations stopped. Then they started again. They started pulsating, increasing and decreasing in strenght and then nothing. The next thing I remember was a dream where I was telling my sister how I had this vibrations and didn't even think to do a RC.
