Hello (lucid) dreamers,

For several months i have been gathering information about lucid dreaming. I wanted to make an analyze what technique would fit best for people who need to learn lucid dreaming from scratch (like me).

I've had a couple of lucid dreams since i started to practice a few techniques (mild, wild, etc). Before i never had a experience with lucid dreaming at all. But i've never been 100% consistent with a technique for over a week, because i'm still not sure which technique i should put full focus on.

Here comes my question, can some people who frequently have lucid dreams (like maybe 2+ per week) shortly describe their process they needed to go through to achieve this?

So when did you start with lucid dreaming? Did you know about lucid dreaming before and you already had experience with lucid dreams? Which technique did you choose to focus on? Why? How long did it take untill you really started to get grip on lucid dreams and got frequent lucid dreams?
