I read about the NST yesterday and decided to give it a shot. "Skipper," my subconscious, and I became acquainted yesterday and I talked to it during reality checks. Well, when I went to bed, I told it to remind me to wake up after each of my dreams to write them down. I also told it to remind me to RC when I am dreaming. Well, it went one for two.
I was generally only remember dreams from after the 6 hour mark of my nightly sleep. Well, I woke up an hour and a half after sleeping to write down my first, three hours and fifteen minutes for my second, and then 5 hours for my third, 7 and a half for my fourth, and then it was pretty much time to wake up.
I was completely fascinated by the fact that Skipper came through for me there. Now to figure out how to get Skipper to help me go lucid. Any advice from NST'ers? It seems that this technique is really effective for me after the hasty results I got last night.
