i've been doing WBTB every morning for the last two weeks, and i'm pleased to report that it has been working wonderfully for me.

i go to bed at somewhere between 11pm-12am, i have my alarm set for 6:30am, i force myself to get up and answer the inevitable call of nature, then read forums for 20-30 minutes on my laptop in bed, then turn off the light, put on a face mask, and go drifting for 1.5hrs until i really have to get up for work.

i've had half a dozen LDs (DILDs mainly), some FAs, lots of wild dreams, tons of hypnagogic sounds (rifle shots, sounds of metal falling on concrete etc), sounds of angels singing, vibrations, convincing sensations of people in my room, you name it. the only flaw is that the LDs aren't particularily clear for me (yet).

anyway, just thought i'd let you know what's working for me.
