My New Experiment......

Hey all, I decided that i'am going to do a new experiment to see what happens.. Well i read up somewhere on the net..that you can make your room, designed to make it easier to induce Lucid Dreams...It all depends on what you have on your Walls--pictures/posters/etc...if you have scary things, you are more likely to have nightmares and so on and so forth.. Well...My walls are WHITE, nothing is on them..until now.. This is what i decided to do I have about 6 pieces of printing paper hanging on my wall...ranging from them saying... Reality Check I Know I'am Dreaming Stay Calm Clarity Now Am i Dreaming? Lucid Dreaming is Easy And i also have another one that is in smaller text right by my bedside that says over and over down the page AM I DREAMING, and i change it from small text, to bold text and stuff like that... Now everytime i see the REALITY CHECK sign, i do an RC... Now the object of this experiment..is i spend alot of time in my bedroom--since i dont have a job yet---but hopefully come Monday i shall--but im going to run pass all these signs over and over through out the day...Eventually i'am going to get it in my head to do RC's and ask myself "Am I Dreaming"..also another helpful thing is the sign that says LUCID DREAMING IS EASY If I can get that in my head, I just maybe Golden to induce a Lucid Dream.... I'm going to try this for a couple weeks and i will let you all know what happens.. I should have a Lucid Dream with in 7 days--according to my LD Schedule Thanks DJ Jones

i like your idea, i have tried a similiar technique, where i wrote down "R YU DREEMING?" in a scratched up, scruffy scribbly style in the back the of dream journal, and it reminds me if im dreaming and helps me to make sure and realise if i am dreaming or not. Try and experiment with typeface by printing from the computer, try use some slang language " AR YA DREMING?" you know what i mean [/url][/u] "The secret development of the Shaolin Iron Fist lies within of having clarity and purity of the mind whilst in tranquility"

those are both great ideas. im gonna do the same spirit. figure my printer should be useful somehow..... what job are u getting. fuck a job. ill get one when i dragged kicking and screaming.

in about a week you wont even see the signs because youl be so used to seeing them all the time

hey spirit. would it be a good idea to maybe print one word on each page and have it stretch out so its really even bigger than the 72 font size? i mean how large are the ones u made. urs seem to be working so well!

i have the text, the normal text that it is on when WORD comes up, and i have it 72 size font and BOLD and i CENTER the text and i click ENTER until it gets right into the middle of the page..so its nice and big in the middle of the page

yeah i know the feeling. fuck parents. brainwashed idiots in my opinion. try what i did. i put one saying AM I DREAMING on my door so they wouldnt be able to see it. another that just says REALITY CHECK on my pc monitor front top face. if anyone sees that they wont know wtf it means anyway. and i have one on the side of my stereo so they wont be able to see it but i still do. ive got a couple more cleverly hidden aswell. it is sad we must resort to hiding this shit. anyway give that a shot

i have 8 posted around my room, some are kinda hard to see but there are tons in plain view, both my dad and step mom have walked into my bedroom and they did'nt even see them hahahahaha

I JUST ADDED A FEW MORE SPIRIT. oops yeah i dont wanna retype that. i did them on bold and all caps. i did. STAY CALM INCREASE LUCIDITY NOW and CLARITY NOW. it seems to be working for me aswell so i figured what the hey. now it may work more! i couldnt really hide these lol. they are so massive. ill just be like "uhhh its for self confidence or something" lmao

[/b] That is my goal and I remember some one here mentioning about forming a good routine of it. And I can tell doing positive reinforcement helps also. I don't know about the negative reinforcement...I couldn't bring myself to do your idea of a scolding hot shower
