Don't Lose Lucidity! Ever!

To become lucid while you dream, just constantly question your reality... When you wake up, throughout the day, and when you drift into your dreams. I know what i just said is vague, and also can't always be done as you need to leave time in your day to do numerous tasks- but it's true. Try to make your waking life a complete reality check, with constant awareness. I'm pretty sure Puffin posted a DILD tutorial a while ago which discussed how when one does a reality check, you need to be very very thorough and truly take your time... Do this as much as possible. Be aware at all times. I just felt like blabbing this out, guys. I know that talking about lucidity also makes it much easier to attain it, and i want lucidity!

To expand on this, it helps attain lucidity because while in a dream you sometimes take your ordinary thought process with you. And if you're constantly questioning things, it can carry over and get you into that "holy moly I'm in a dream!" process.

I still do RCs and practice awareness but I have certainly been able to ease up on it some with this technique. Just something to consider. Really I personally don't believe it's all about awareness. It is a piece of the puzzle but it's not everything.
