The key to induce a LDD using this particular technique is controlling where you put your attention. If you want to, you can try this method while meditating, as seems to be easier, but this doesn't mean it's hard to do without meditating. You will visualize a scene of your choice, make it more realistic by focusing on small details, then try to visualize touch. This may seem hard at first but thrust me, it's not. You will rapidly develop this skill by practicing this technique. What will happen is that your attention will be driven into the daydream until it finally gets all your attention so the real world doesn't get any. It's important to point out that you should not be trying to perceive the transition, because if you do you will subconcioisly constantly check if you are still perceiving the real world, witch puts your attention into it. Just dont think about it, let it happen and it will be fine. At this point you will notice that everything is easier to visualize, since you are totally focused on the daydream. You can now continue to increase the realism by putting your attention into the details, then go on with what you planned to do. As everything is created by visualization, it's extremely easy to controll the daydream.
If anyone would give me some feedback it would be really appreciated. Also if you spot some mistypes or some parts of it are not clear just tell me, I'm not a native English speaker.
