Burst of reward on becoming lucid

This might be well-trodden ground research (and experiment) wise, but I was thinking if a sudden, massive reward on becoming lucid may increase our chances of becoming lucid in the future. Anyone done any research or done some experiments?

I know some folk try to reward themselves for lucids once they awake from an LD, and some have taken a "Lucid dream tonight or else!" kind of mentality (but "If I don't LD tonight I'm not eating for three days!" ain't my kinda thing) but I'm talking about an instant reward while still in the dream.

I'm thinking the reward may be something physical like immersion in a giant vat of cream cakes, sex (of course), or having an instant all-over massage by ten "slaves". The intellectual could be something like having great pleasure at hearing music you like, or reliving the moment you met your spouse.

I think it would have to be something instant and very intense. (So no foreplay, just going straight to the "oooh" stuff maybe).
My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.

I like it, Giving us something to work towards. But I don't quite see how it would work...its a dream, you can do as you please providing you became lucid of course, or is it that when you become lucid you then create the reward yourself? Its something worth thinking about though I must say.

The reward for becoming lucid is lucidity and amazing dreams and reaching the goals!
But seriously, if it helps getting into right mindset then it's all cool.

But that's only the reward for our intellectual, waking self, isn't it?
