      Bruxism

Hi, I have bruxism ( thats grinding of the teeth ) and it's a psychological problem. I've been wondering will this affect my ability to have Lucid dreams? I grind throughout the day and at night ( I believe, but when I WILD, I don't grind at all.... ). Anyways, hope it isn't a big problem, thanks.

Bruxism!! Let's it hear it for stress. This is something I have had most of my life including childhood. And I have also experienced LD's a large part of my life, just not the last few years. I believe that having LD's is more affected by your intent and or need. One of my dream signs is extreme emotion, usually anger or fear. Practice is also useful.

By the way, the Army has concluded through studies that the bunkmate that grinds their teeth is more likely to be the one to kill you in an act of "friendly fire."
