      Anyone tried beddit for an REM reminder/trigger

      Hi Folks,

      Has anyone tried beddit as a way to help remind you of when you are in REM? I was thinking it be great for the monitor to alert your phone when you are in REM. Then have the phone issue a voice or light trigger, reminding you of REM.

      Never tried it myself, I heard some people have success. But you still need to do your reality checks, dream journaling and being present in the dream, because if you have no awareness, even if you get a REM reminder it will blend with the dream and you won't turn lucid.
