Any alarm apps for Android which activate for about 5 seconds and then switch off?

I am trying to DEILD and I can only wake up in the middle of the night by chance, so I'm looking for a way to wake up during the night by using an alarm, but it has to deactivate by itself, and only goes off for about 5 seconds. If any fellow DEILDers know any apps, or if any non-DEILDers know any, some recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks

Alarm Clock Plus has an auto-dismiss function, used it for a long time, has a lot of options.

I second Alarm Clock Plus. I would recommend training yourself to notice when you wake during the night though, I've done it before and it helps a lot with dreaming in general. Some think alarms wake us to harshly and abruptly.

You could use an alarm and work on becoming aware of when you wake during the night at the same time. Also after a while of using the alarm you probably won't need it, you'll become used to waking up at whatever time you set the alarm for.

If you have a laptop, I use Computer Alarm Clock Program

Pretty cool. It plays an audio file, so it only lasts as long as the file plays.

You can set multiple alarms. When I'm out of practice waking myself up, I set alarms at the points I know I typically end a cycle.
