if you feel like you are running "out of ideas", you may be thinking about it too hard.......or the mindset needs to be "tweaked"
look at it like this....dont "try to have a lucid dream", practice being lucid, period, while mastering your recall.
MASTER YOUR RECALL.
Master it. Everytime you wake up, recall. Keep a list of things you recently dream about.....and go over them, repeat your dreams to yourself aloud in present tense.....develop a "dream memory" and file it in a mental rolodex next to your "waking memory".
i wouldnt recommend sleep deprivation...........you can suppress REM sleep with a little 5-htp or some melatonin.
