Now i find when trying to sleep if i just let my mind wander and just do what ever it want's. And just wait around for that time to happen. What i mean is you know it like somthing just kick's in. Where your breathing slow's down and your mind starts to quiet down on it's own.And it just feels good to be at that point in resting. And you just know it wont be long before you fall asleep.I find when i reach that point of resting if i just think of stuff i did during the day.Sorta like replaying what you did during the day but anyway i find when thinking these thing's when im at that point. Thought's become HI's so far 3 night's and have'nt failed me yet.But the problem is if you pay attention to them you just wake up.So im wondering what should next ?
