I've come to a point where it seems to me that I can't achieve lucidity through WILD for one simple reason: I can't concentrate for long enough.
Yesterday evening when in bed I even counted how long it took me before I went off to think about something else (I counted 1-I'm dreaming, 2-I'm dreaming, etc.) and was amazed to find that after like 20 I started to willingly drift off to other thoughts.
This is an important matter and any techniques for improving concentration would be appreciated.
Perhaps meditation? Or something else?
