Very strange. I cant think of anything like that. Made it could be somthing more superstitous like, instead of dreaming passing over for a second? |

This just happened to me a few minutes ago. I was laying in my bed, about five minutes and I decided to try to see if I could see some HI, no previous preperations or anything. Well, I couldent see any. Now this next part is goign to be hard to explain. Withing about 3 minutes of just looking at the images my mind produces, and not paying much attention to them I felt as if I was going through a transition phase. Within seconds I could not feel gravity, could not hear anything, felt almost as if I was being "sucked into the dream" although I could still see nothing. A few seconds later my body felt like it does when i'm dreaming. Suddenly I felt myself fighting for breath and quickly snapped out of the transition. |

Lucid dreaming is such a tauntingly simple thing to attain...
I had the same experience, and it was the most real of anything I've experimented with regarding LD. It was also on my first attempt anything LD, and haven't been able to do it again since. But if you experience it again, I would recommend just relax and allow it all to happen, go along for the right. It's likely that you were going into a dream and maintaining lucidity, but like many first timers get too excited and wake yourself up. That's what I do all too often |
