Almost WILDed WITHOUT TRYING!!!

hey all. i just had something pretty kool happen to me today. i had to goto this church thing and it was kinda a long story and took about a 1/2 hour to 45 mins but we had to lay on the floor. there was also this music playing and there was a guy (named bob) that was talking to us and we had to like visualize stuff. We were supposed to be on a beach or sumthing and seeing jesus and some other stuff that i'm not going to bore u with.
bob was telling us stuff like about the sand and the air and the color of the sky and things and i started to feel tired/strange and i felt as if i was slipping into "the beach/dream". i really started to hear beach noises (along with the music in the background cuz i wasn't all the into the "dream) and could feel the sand and such. i was not feeling anything in my body (like the cold, hard floor) and i thought that maybe sleep paralasis was taking over. then i don't know what happened next (maybe it was because i was thinking to much or sumthing) but in an instant, all i saw was the blackness of my eye lids and hear bob's voice. that was really kool. hope to do it again...
