I'd recommend looking into the "Nova Dreamer" It's a device that's said to help people attain Lucidity. However the price is quite steep so I'd recommend just believing in yourself and keep trying.

Hello, sand. FIrst off, RELAX! You can't just force yourself to have LDs. I know what you mean about WILDs, as I have been able to lie still in bed for hours upon end and get absolutely nowhere. (*gets idea*) If you're sure you've tried everything you can, here's what I'd advise: take a break. A few days, a week, a couple of weeks; just get your mind off of lucid dreaming. Then, after you've taken off your pre-set time, come back and try again. And don't be so hard on yourself. The world may come to an end tomorrow, but it's not very likely, so you've got time. As was asked earlier, how is your recall? Do you often do reality checks during the day? Have you noticed any dream signs? -Amé
