Alright, I have a WILD question. Whenever I used to WILD, I usually get to the part where I feel a mild floating sensation and see faint greenish swirls, which from what I've come to realize is the transition between the relaxation step and...well...the transition.

From what I understand, dream fragments are like daydreams that you find yourself in, and often times they creep up on you and you only snap out of them once your a bit ensnared in their web. In the WILD tutorials I've read, it is suggested that you should watch the fragments "passively". Does this mean to catch them as they start and push them away?

If anybody has some other WILD tips they would like to share, do tell.
