      was lucid for about a minute. rubbing hands work

      i rubbed my hands and everything became clearer. thne it ended sadly.

      im trying dramamine christmas vacation. do u guys think it will work if i sit on my bed and relax.

      Yeah, I had my first LD last night. When I was starting to lose consciousness I rubbed my hands and everything went back into focus.

      Its my favorite technique so far. It's extended a lucid through a whole REM period. I timed this to be about 35-40 minutes in length. My mind was tired after that night although, wierd.
