      Recent wILD attempt

Reccently I tried WILDing and I had little success, but a strange thing happened.

I woke up, and read the WILD instructions(in my bed with my laptop) really fast to wake myself up soem. THen I tried relaxing, and I realized I had woken up too much. But after a long time of relaxation, I wass about to give up, then suddenly a tingly sensation rushed over my whole body, and I was like "cool, just let it happen" so I thought maybe it was sleep paralysis or soemtihng. I still had not HI at this time either. But thne I tried to move my arm and it moved, and I could steel feel eerytihng. So I relaxed for a while longer, then gave up on it, rolled around abit and went to sleep.

Was the tingly sensation anything or what?

All i know it to not wake up as much next time.

This has happened to me, and I have read about this happening to many others. It's probably normal, but a defenite sign that you are progressing.
