      Watch method

I started out with all this dream stuff using my alarm clock to wake me up roughly 6 hours after I fell asleep and then I would record my dream. I wear this watch, and it's got a beeper on it. I can almost assure I wouldn't wake up by it, it's not really that loud or long. So what I was thinking is set my alarm on my watch for every hour, then in my dreams if my watch went off, maybe I would hear it while asleep and due to that, in my dream I would look down at my watch. I was thinking this might make it a little easier to induce a lucid dream...especially if whenever the beep goes off I preform a reality check.

Any words of wisdom? I know I still have to improve my dream recall to actually be able to remember these...but just thought it would be a good method.

Edit: OH! I just thought of something else! What if I wore my watch to bed, then if I went to turn it off in my dream, I might actually turn it off in real life as well, decreasing the chance of waking up from it.

you coulad always set it to go off every 30 mins in real life and do a reality check when you hear it, then in the dream you would think about LDing when you heard it

and no theres almost no chance of you turning off while your dreaming
