I am a new user to this website. I have been using this website for a couple of weeks, reading the tutorials and browsing the forums. My recall has vastly improved and i now rembmer about 2 dreams per night. I feel i am ready for the next step, inducing lucidity, but i am confused. There are all these methods and i am not sure which one will work best for me. Could I get some tips one which methods i should try?
