      DreamFeeling Technique

Hi, I have been following the dream feeling technique in the tutorials section and have been taking note of the difference and comparing it with waking reality whenever I remember so that I will recognize I'm dreaming. I have found that in a dream I can only focus on one task at a time and the concentration is very high unlike waking reality when all kinds of thoughts and distractions happen. Another difference is that feeling of your mind that U do not get during waking reality. It's a kind of thinking strain like when U are thinking about something real hard. It's subtle but when U notice it it's always there. So far I haven't seen anyone post about using this technique or I might have missed it.

I don't know about concentration, but I can certainly feel the difference in consciousness when I'm lucid, as if my point of awareness has shifted higher somehow, perhaps as if I'm percieving from the top of my head or third eye. When I do a reality check and determine that I am in fact awake, I practice shifting my consciousness to this place, to imagine what it would be like if I were in a dream.
