Uhm...Yeah...second topic of the night... |

I know the feeling. If you feel like that, the best is to try to let it all go and just sleep. Pause the lucidity thing, you'll get back to that when you feel better. I believe this is the result of a brain that can't let things go, so you just have to surrender to whatever you are feeling and not force anything. Lay in bed and just wait. That's my advice. Don't do anything, don't think about anything, just wait and eventually you will fall asleep and feel better in the morning. You can think and evaluate then. |

Could have been a flash back or something like that. If it was a flashback or a Mickey slipped into your coffee it will almost always include some paranoia. |

I've had that happen myself on several occasions. Generally, it is accompanied by the feeling that there is something that I need to get done but I cannot remember what it is. |
