      Question regarding Reality Checks

I don't really know how to word this question but I shall try...

I'm not having trouble realizing I'm in a dream, When I am a dream I notice the existence of myself in the dream, but although I notice I am in a dream I can not gain control over it, Its as if I am doing no more than watching a film through my eyes, People are a little blurry, colors are nearly incoherentley vivid and I know I am in a dream, heck I can even do reality checks, But I still gain no control over the dream help please???

I havent had a lucid dream, so I cant help that much. But it sounds like you arent gaining full lucidity.

This is quite a common probelem, while you do seem to be lucid, you have to remember that lucidity doesn't always mean realism and control. If you have this problem again, I suggest that you try to focus on something logical (such as a simple maths problem), it seems to get m in control of my mind in those situations. Or, if you have some control over you actions, you should try rumming your hands together or spinning. Something that will make you use your senses.

I don't have any control over my Actions, but I have yet to be able to make things appear & dissapear my thoughts are seemingly as hard to control as my actions.

Oh well, to be honest I wouldn't worry about it too much. In time and practice you should get the control and realism that you want, it's all a matter of patience a lot of the time.

Well, it does just take some practice and time. Some advice though - it's all about expectation and belief. If you believe it will happen, without a doubt, then it probably will.
Don't give it any doubt to play with.

One way to help this along is to use 'shortcuts'. If you eg. want to fly, and can't, the swallow a flying pill that you happened to find in your pocket (must've been there the whole time )
Or find a jetpack nearby. Whatever.
Remember to remind yourself that it's all in your head. Throw the jetpack away once it's done it's job - it was all you, not the jetpack.
