this might have been thought up before but maybe.... say to yourslef (and beleive goddamnit!) i WILL remeber 1 or 2 dreams (or how ever many you desire [ the more you want the more willpower and beleif you will need]) and repeat all through the day. if your anything like me it should work... when i repeat it throughout the day i remember a dream when i dont i normally dont remember a dream... oh and ALWAYS do it as your drifting off to sleep
step 2:
do exactly above exept say i WILL lucid dream and i WILL remeber it


DO NOT replace this method with dream journalling and practising reality chacks and recall... just do it as a booster.
