I agree with what the others are saying. Firstly, don't try it for a night or two and get your sleep cycle back on schedule. After you've felt rested you should start practicing again. If you have already experienced the transitional phase of the WILD, then you are VERY close! Dont think about the noises you hear or anything that you might see when you enter this phase. Just imagine you are watching a movie, just roll with it and see what happens. |
