      OK I need help

I am trying to have lucid dreams and I have followed several guides to do so. I have a dream journal ready but I never remember any dreams. Is there anything I can do to help remember my dreams better?

hmm I seem a little opposite weezer,

Thats the thing with this stuff everyone is different, you need to experiment with basically all of the techs that everyone talks about, one of them is bound to work for you.

For me, I remember best when I wake up right after the dream, I lie very still and focus on the events before they drift away, once I feel I have them in my memory for at least a little while I then go and write them down.
Sometimes Im lazy though and say feh I will write it down later and then go back to sleep, when I wake up everything is very vague and i cnat remember details..

Sometimes I have no choice but to remember, that flying dream in the Too real post for example, that was a solid memory and i didnt write it down untill two days later.

Look around the forum read what everyone individualy tries and give em a shot, it is going to take a little time so no worries.

      His wrath undoes the wicked."

This morning I rememed no dreams for about 20 minutes. I sat there kept on thinking about *almost nothing. I left space in my head to remember a dream if it came back to me. I was about to give up when 5 dreams came to me. Also, if your desperate, set your clock to different times during the night and you might wake yourself up during a dream. Write down all feelings, pictures, or details.

I think I'll refrain from speaking my mind right now.

Well c the thing is ever since i stared dreaming, my biggest fear has come into light. I have an acute fear of darkness.

Once i wake up after every dream, i know i could use WILD. But i have to move to go turn on some form of light. I can not go fall asleep not feeling some form of security.

It all really started when i was practising LD, and i was dreaming and this horrible nightmare...blah blah blah.

I't all boils down to my sense of security with darkness
