Went to bed at roughly 10:30, and fell asleep around 11:30- I did some short conscious exercises for fifteen to thirty minutes, as I found myself unable to sleep after a period of time.

Got up at 4am, reset the alarm, and drank some coke- then preceeded to go back to bed. It took a very long time, a long and dare I say ucomfortable- a really nasty feeling accompanied the WILD.
