well i took the B-6 about an hour before going to bed,and i took the melatonin as i laid down...i had trouble falling asleep becuase i wasnt extremely tierd and my dogs were barking.Im not a big fan of MILD becuase if i think about dreaming,i never fall asleep,i just have to let my mind wander. So i set my alarm for 430 to try a wild, and whenever i set an alarm i almost always 9 times out of 10 wake up 1 minute before hand...it's weird. but yea i wake up at like 429,reset my alarm for school and then attempt a wild. idont achieve a perfect wild and i fall asleep too early but i do enter a very very bad lucid dream as in quality bad.Things were really fuzzy and i knew i was dreaming so i took a few deep breaths, told myself to relax, and i tried spnning EXTREMELY slowly..things came in to view and i had bout 10 seconds of pure clarity but then i woke up...it wasnt a successful first trial, but i imagine after a few nights and the medicine builds up in my system i will have more success... |

Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.

after a few nights use,i have already noticed a HUGE increase in dream recall and vividness...i now recall at least two full length dreams in detail and several small sample dreams i call em(just like 30 seconds of a dream you remember,or something random that happend)...ive gone lucid once since i started taking the b6 and melatonin but it wasnt too great....but for anyone looking to increase recall or vividness,i really reccommend this...i have enough for about 2 months use,and at the end of hte two months i will post final results to see if it holds true throughout. |

um ive noticed ive been kind of more awake a couple nights, but also those nights i drank a lot of sweet tea which is loaded with caffiene so it may have been that....i need to lay off the caffiene and i think if i can go one night and try that, maybe ill see if things change.. |

Iv'e heard of using this vitamin b6 but the other thing ive never heard. I think I shall try it now. You've seemed to have goog, great, results so far, and it just seems to be getting better. Does there have to be a certain age limit on purchasing the stuff, because im 15, and my parents arnet to keen on my studies, and involvement with this stuff, and whats the price range on it. |

Discovering the art of Lucidty, is greater then Discovering the richest treasures in the world, because with Lucidity you can!
melatonin you have to be 18 to buy and it's usually very cheap, like 6$ for 120 1mg sublingual(the kind that dissolve in your mouth),and i only take two a night so that will last me a long time! |

when does everybody take their B6? I've got a stockpile that i forgot I had and just found and I want to start taking it. A coworker of mine said it's difficult for the body to break down minerals at night and it's not good to take vitamins before you go to sleep, is this true does anybody know? If so, it would appear the B6 should be taken at least a few hours before you go to bed. |
