How good are you at lucidity? You could try find him/her/it in your dreams, they might even show up! |

each and every night for the last month ive been having the same dream |

This is just to help you out, but your subconscious alreay knows the answer. It appears you have a dream guide. An manifestation greater than yourself to help you. In effect it is still you. The advise "he" gives is very valid. We don't have the ability to do two opposites at the same time. In your dreams that you do get some control in, I would highly recommend the path of light. Believe me, I have walked the dark path. It scared me of myself for years. The followin advise from your dream guide is valid as well, only one being in all of existence can control both opposites. That is why we are all here today. I would tell you one thing though, this dream definantly sounds like your subconscious telling you to find yourself. You might not notice this, but you chose the name of who you are supposed to seek. Dream guides are a great help, usually, but my dream guide took me were I really did want to go for a long time... the dark path. He only will show you the paths. It up to you to choose. I chose wrong and have regretted it since. Good luck and Gos speed.[/u] |

I need to have a lucid dream soon, I've been using the named subconscious technique and I want to meet my subconscious in the dream world. I can't wait to meet him/her/it, I think it will really help me find out about myself in ways I didn't even think of before. |

"Speaking of which, did you find out about the you-know-what in your toolshed? As in, a name?"
"No, the dead body in my you-know-what is still a mystery."
this is a typical Rite of Passage Dream. As one comes into active adulthood, one supposes that one must conform to an exact preconceived model or pattern. This is what one has been taught. Children think this way. but to be open and responsive to Life, one cannot be hemmed in by preconceived expectations. If one is too focussed on expectations then one will miss the actual realities as they have their impact. |

Oh, thats simple, the only one that can control darkness and light at the same time is the moon. I don't know where you should go with that, but it makes sense. There are eclipses, could be going somewhere like that. I cannot offer any deeper then that, but if you are to consult the shadowshifter, i'd assume that the moon would be a good place to start. |

Just keep moving…
The sun also creates light and shadows at the same time. |

it seems pretty clear that you have a dream guide on your hands. You say you've been having this exact dream every night? If so, getting rid of him in an ld seems possible. But your subconscious may be trying to tell you something about your day life. Try thinking what this shadow/light thing means to you on a personal level. Resolving this conflict instead of avoiding it will probably make the dream go away. |
|
dream guide? would you clarify on this topic? as for the light and dark thing i think its your body telling you to find peace. look at the ying yang. its light and dark in harmony. |
|
A dream guide is simple a manifestation of your subconscious that is reoccuring in dreams. They usually seem to know more than you, and are generally helpful. BUT remember, they are you. |

I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .

Wow. That's a cool dream. Wouldn't you realise you are dreaming now you know you probably will have the dream again? |

benkane1077 this drem guide confuses me. i dont seem to have one. no one in my dreams seem to egual up to it. i saw something that could be it. it was a white dolphin i recongnize it by its aura. ive onlt seen it once. once it took a differnt form a of a strange whale but that was it. as a dolphin it said something pretaining to that certian dream. the second time i was underwater and it tried to eat me. on the inside of its mouth were peoples upper torso screaming in pain. they had weird marks on their heads. the whale went to eat me but dindt and said something about not being one of them.after this ive never seen any one else whith his aura(that how i identify people in my dreams).help please |

Not everyone will have a dream guide. Dream guides show up in several dreams and have a growing personality (that means they seem to learn). A dream character that keeps reappearing is probably just a person you know/knew or a symbol of that same person (wise person may look like owl). Dream guides generally are motivational. Dream characters are just innocent bystanders in your dreams. Hope this helps. |

makes sense but how come hes only showed up twice? and symbol wise why a dolphin and a whale? and i would know if he showes up agian cause his aura pulsates with sheer power. i would recongnize him. and all the other peolpe have the same aura. weak or none. |

The easiest way to explain water mammals in dreams, maybe not right in this case, is to ask what your elemental nature is. |
|
Excelsior
ah back to the elements. i dont know what mine would be though.in my opinion i think i would be all though. i fit all descripitions. my bithday is september 7 1990 zodiac sign horse and astral sign virgo. if that helps. and if someone uses this info to stalk me ther will be trouble! ill get jim adler on you!!!(hes a lawer hehe! |

Orientals also believed in "Wood" as an element, sorry. It stands for life. Everything gets back to the basics at some point. Bone to ash, flesh to dust, today, you living is a must. |
|
Excelsior
well i would be wood probably. so what does that have to do with this person(animals)in my dreams |
|
Your dream animals were of a water nature. It could mean that your spirit is drying out and is thirsty, like plants can be. |
|
Excelsior
ahhhh. but these dreams were ages ago.most my dreams nowadays have water in various forms.but im yet to see this thing since |
|
Do you think it is interesting that there is the long term existance of water characters in your dreams? There is something to that. I've always had fire and shadow. You know what the dwarves awoke when they dug so greedily. Fire and shadow. |
|
Excelsior
true, true. so perhapes my mind is digging for something. but waht could that be.maybe i should tell you of he dream with the dolphin. ok its this. |

The pyramid makes me think that you are seeking a higher knowledge or answer, and what do you find for your effort? A really simplistic view of life. All your answers are in a blade of grass. Answer the riddle, or you shall not pass. |
