This how far I got with WILD

Now that I think of it (after reading all this stuff on WILD), I believe that I was on the brink of lucid dreaming from WILD once when I was a teen. I got to the point of feeling paralized. I was so sacred I pulled myself out. Now that I am not afraid of doing it, I started practicing what I read. I was able to see the Hypnagogic imgary. I was also able to hear the ringing sound (really loud), but I was shocked off sleep. I will try again the next time I can.

I will try again the next time I can. try to remain as calm as possible if you get sleep paralysis, or hypnogogic imagery/sounds. If you can get past them you will enter a lucid dream!

I tried to WILD, but wasn't close this time. I was constantly telling myself to relax and not worry about the sound or the paralysis. Then I would drift off, and come back again. I will keep trying. I will get there.
