Alrighty, I've been trying WILD again lately, with no real success. I think I've isolateld at least one major problem, and that is that I am constantly uncomfortable, no matter what I do. So, I decided to ask for some ideas here...

The main problem is that I can never seem to be comfortable when I try to sleep. Normally, I just kind of shuffle around in my bed until I fall asleep, but when I try to WILD I have to stay still, right? I can do that, but it's extremely hard. The problem I have encountered lately, though, is that I can't stay like that forever. Eventually, often after an hour of making very slow progress, I get to the point where I am so downright uncomfortable with my position I simply have to move. As soon as I do, I lose all the progress I made, and can't seem to come close again anytime soon.

I have no idea why I can't seem to get comfortable. It seems to happen no matter what position I try to sleep in. And it certainly doesn't help that all the while through the hour or so I'm trying I constantly have various itches and other annoying things... It would also probably help if I could actually get to sleep paralysis or something (for the record, I have never made it to SP, nor have I seen any real HI...), but I have been unable to actually reach that point. In general, it seems no matter how hard I try I can't do WILD... But, I'm far too stubborn to give up on it.

So, in the end, anybody have any advice on getting comfortable? Perhaps something else I could do that would make things easier?

Thanks in advance.
